They are transformed in small chunks of thin meat. The last step of the process is the salting, the seasoning with herbs and the following cool down.

How to use Ready for use
Vacuum sealed packaged Cracklings can be stored in the fridge for six months.
Once opened they can be stored in the fridge for ten days.
