The company, founded in 1958 by the Frati-Pongolini’s family, is specialized in the manufacturing of fresh pork meat and aging traditional cold cuts.
The manufacturing of each product is done following exclusively artisian methods, which, guaranteeing a natural and refined product, have in the meantime allowed the company to stand out as an interesting entity in Parma’s vast productive landscape.
