Our mortadella is produced with selected pork’s meat, finely ground and mixed with salt and aromas. The pieces of lard are obtained from cutting hard fat collected from the pig’s back. Once cut it presents itself as pink with white fat. It is available with or without pistachio nuts and without added polyphosphates. The product is the vacuum-sealed and available in various sizing.

How to use Ready for use
Vacuum sealed Mortadella can be stored in the fridge for six months.
Once cut it can be stored for ten days wrapped in a rag, we suggest covering the cut surface with a clear wrap. Slices must be stored in the fridge and eaten same-day.
