BAKED LOIN

Ideal sliced cold, with tuna sauce or baked as roast with potatoes accompanied by traditional sauces. The Loin, a very lean part of the pig is steamed adding spices and natural flavourings. The end result is a tasty and delicate roast to be enjoyed sliced cold or slightly warmed. Available in vacuum-sealed pieces.

Vacuum sealed Roasted Loin can be stored in the fridge for six months.

Once cut it can be stored for ten days, wrapped in a rag, we suggest covering the cut surface using a clear wrap. Slices must be stored in the fridge and eaten same-day.
